BarcampMontreal3 is on for this weekend.   Akoha is co-sponsoring the event, and we’ll be there in force.

It’s an all day event, starting at 9am and it’s absolutely free.

I’ve been really busy with an angel financing round for Akoha and working with our team on an internal release.   For Barcamp I’m going to do a presentation on raising angel financing including some example term sheets, approaches to structuring angel rounds and introduce some of the local angel groups that are looking at early stage technology deals.
